Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of obsessionwear.shop (the "store") and any purchase you make from it. By using the store or placing an order you agree to them.

1. The store

The store is operated by Obsession Wear and hosted on Shopify. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to buy from it.

2. Products and prices

We try to show every product, colour and measurement accurately, but screens differ and small variations can occur. All prices are in US dollars. If your payment card uses another currency, your bank converts the charge at its own rate and may add a fee. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment processing. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping, duties and delivery

We ship to Canada and the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Any import duties or taxes charged on delivery are your responsibility. Full details are in our shipping policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our refund policy.

7. Intellectual property

The store's content — including text, graphics, logos and photography we own or license — may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names and descriptions are our own; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any film, studio or rights holder.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the store and its products are provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
