From the day it arrives. Unworn, unwashed, tags on. Message us with your order number before you post anything — we will send the return address. Parcels sent back without asking first are hard to trace.

Refunds

Back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us. Return postage is yours unless we got it wrong.

Wrong size

Return it as above and place a new order in the right size — that way the new one ships now instead of after the old one lands.

Damaged or wrong item

Photograph it and message us within 7 days of delivery. We replace it or refund it and you keep the wrong one. No return postage.

Not covered

Washed items, worn items, and anything past 14 days.
