Refund policy

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. It must be unworn, unwashed and have its tags on.

Contact us at kaiwasely@gmail.com or the contact form with your order number before sending anything back — we will send you the return address. Items sent back without asking first may not be refunded.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items: photograph the item and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it in full. You do not need to send it back.

Orders that never arrive: if your order has not arrived 30 days after it shipped, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund it in full.

Exchanges: return the item as above and place a new order in the size you want.

Items that have been worn, washed, or are returned after 14 days cannot be refunded.
