Shipping policy

We ship to Canada and the United States.

Processing: orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery: 7-15 business days after processing. Orders ship directly from our manufacturing partner overseas.

Cost: free on orders of $49 USD or more. $4.90 USD on orders under $49.

Currency: all prices are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the charge.

Tracking: a tracking number is emailed when your order ships. It can take a few days to show movement.

Duties: any import duties or taxes charged on delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order has not arrived 30 days after it shipped, contact us and we will replace or refund it.
